Apollo Fish

Description

Apollo fish is a boneless fried fish served extensively in Andhra-style restaurants the battered fish is deep fried and then stir-fried in a pan with an in-house made spicy sauce and curry leaves and powdered spices of Andhra. In the end, garnished with cashews and fresh coriander leaves.
